Pastor Leroy came to Hopeful Baptist Church as Interim Pastor in November 2011 and was subsequently called as Lead Pastor in July 2012. He has been serving in pastoral ministry since 1979, dedicating himself to shepherding the church through sound biblical preaching. He deeply desires to know and love the individuals whom God has graciously placed under his care. He and his wife, Cathy, met in college and married in 1977. They have a daughter, Katy, who entered heaven in 2013.

Pastor Ryan came to Hopeful Baptist in December 2024 as the Associate Pastor for Student Ministry. He orginally hail from Staunton, Virginia and has served in in several churches as Director of Student Ministry and most recently as Youth Pastor. He is excited to being this new journey with the students and families at Hopeful Baptist Church. 

Connie has been the secretary at Hopeful Baptist since August 2011 and has found

serving the church to be her calling. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, she and her

husband, Karl, met while students at Penn State and married in 1983. They have a

daughter, Mattie, and a son, Ethan.
